It’s been a crazy week at IvyLeagueConservatives.I had an immersion in everything that can go wrong with Wordpress, which caused some hiccups and a day or two of downtime as the excellent support team over at Globat.com tried to undo my plentiful mess-ups. I also had an interesting run-in with a group of lunching liberals from Germantown, Pennsylvania, no less.Global warming was a curious topic this week. The “Today” show anchors linked rising temperatures in Napa in the year 2099 to the current vintages they tasted in an attempt to advocate North Carolina wine, and Al Gore likened skeptics of global warming to the loonies that believe the 1969 moon landing was a hoax.Reverend Jeremiah Wright continues to advance his polarizing agenda at the cost of Obama’s public image, and I wonder when Obama will start getting tired of Wright’s neverending blather. Joy Behar sounds off on racism, and I compare her remarks to events in Southern California’s recent history.
